  • Hey guys, need help with this... I have a line at 5mm from the base of my test image after leveling everything on my artillery v4. I'm using simplify3d for slicing and it seems to work well. I'm just super confused on why this line is consistent across my prints... Any advice would be great. Filament used for this is eSun PLA+ red.

Hey Gents, Thanks for the add to the group.
I'm loving my new Artillery X1 but learning a lot from this community group.
I have many questions but I'll start with a printing issue I'm having.
I've attached a couple of imagers of my issue, I'm running eSun filament PLA+ black and using cura to slice the STL file i got from this website. I printed this piece at 205c at stand quality and print speed of 40mms.
Can someone point me in the right direction. When I print solid objects I have no issues. Bed is level and have updated the firmware and TFT screen and done the 9 point bed levelling and saved it to eeprom.
Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated.

I unchecked it cause I thought it would come out in one piece. Is there away I can smoothen the print as well. What would I need to do in order tp clean it up bit better, noticed a lot of rough area especially at the first bend.   More ...
