Return/Exchange Policy For 3D Printers: May be returned up to 10 business days from date customer receives it from shipping company. May be subject to a restocking fee of 15% if the reason for return is not due to manufacturer defect or damage, at our discretion. Buyer pays return shipping and in the event of a defect, that will also be refunded.
Return/Exchange Policy - Other Items (example - parts, accessories, etc.): May be returned up to 14 days from date of purchase. Subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Exchanges are for defective items only and of the same item in that event.
Return/Exchange Policy - Custom Items and Services - Are not refundable under any circumstance, exchange for same item in the event of a defect within 14 days and no credit for services. Custom items are subjected to individual quality control upon manufacture and shipment to avoid this scenario.
Return Policy - Digital Items - Files, Designs, ie; *.stl, *.obj etc. are not refundable under any circumstance.
Returns On Modified/Altered Printers: Some problems arise and (you, the customer) might try to fix problems yourself. Don't. Modified, altered or in some cases removing or altering internal parts WILL void warranties if they apply and returns will not be possible and you may incur repair costs. If a problem arises its expected you contact us for help. We have a fast response system, and it works because of our dedication and your adherence to this policy.
Cancellation Fees: If you cancel an order that is already being processed, there may be transaction fees associated with doing so and your refund amount may reflect that. We do not charge you any fees unless it has been processed, however Paypal and some other payment processors impose non-refundable transaction fees and the customer is responsible for those- so make sure you are placing an order for what you intend to receive. Orders cancelled after processing may incur a 15% fee.
Why a restocking fee? We usually won't enforce this, but in some cases it may be necessary. We try to be fair about this process but face it, some abuse of the system will be attempted by individuals and thats just the way it is. This policy protects us and you in the long run.
Some items are not returnable or refundable. These include special purchases, some upgrade kits, digital sales and one-of-a-kind sales. Refurbished Printers have their own individual policies and will be noted on it's description.
All items being returned must be done so through the *RMA system and a return order number will be assigned. Anything sent without the RMA number as assigned clearly visible on the package will be refused. All returns MUST include all original packaging and materials. No exceptions.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser/customer to pay for any and all shipping back to our store. All returned products must be in their original condition, and packaging materials. The purchaser again must pay for shipping on all returns and additional fees may be deducted if these conditions are not met.
Shipping - Additional Fees: Some imports and locations may be subject to additional fees, duties or tariffs. These also include taxes where applicable. The customer is responsible for payment of those as well.
Shipping Damage must be noted and preferably photographed at the time of arrival so a shipping claim can be filed. It is the customer's responsibility to initiate a shipping damage claim and notify us through our support system.
